Individual Counselling: Fees & Session Details

Every story begins somewhere — and sometimes, it begins with a quiet space set apart just for you. At BAE Counselling & Therapy, we believe your emotional well-being deserves unhurried care and honest clarity, so our fees are shared openly, with gentleness and respect.

Your first session is approximately 90 minutes long. This extended beginning allows space for deep listening and gentle discovery. Together, we trace the threads of what brings you here, begin shaping the direction of our work, and set tender, realistic goals to guide your journey forward.
Initial Intake Session (~90 minutes): RM250

Each session that follows typically unfolds in a 60-minute rhythm, a steady hour for reflection, healing and renewed clarity; a time marked not by urgency but by presence.
Subsequent Sessions (~60 minutes): RM200 per session

These sessions are more than appointments on a calendar. They are quiet sanctuaries amid the noise — moments set apart where your counsellor holds space with compassion and steadiness. Our fees honour the depth of preparation, professional care and heartfelt presence we bring to accompany you through this process of growth and becoming.
